We are looking for an enthusiastic Tradespend Analyst to join our Customer Service and Logistics team. Working in a dynamic team, you are the first point of review for escalation, analyzing data, actualizing promotion, and governance compliance reporting.

In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for handling second-tier escalations from internal customers, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of inquiries. You will be responsible for coaching and developing offshore team members to meet monthly goals and priorities, and for providing training to both sales teams and Accenture, including onboarding new Account Managers on claims and tradespend governance. You will collaborate with Sales Controlling to assess the financial impacts of promotional programs and proactively seek opportunities to enhance the entire tradespend process, from promotion creation to dispute resolution. Additionally, you will assist with month-end processes by reviewing final tradespend results, analysing accrual positions, and evaluating actions taken throughout the month.

How you will contribute:

  • Primary contact point for 2nd tier escalations from internal customers ensuring that all enquiries are addressed promptly and in an efficient manner.

  • Coach and develop Offshore team members to align on monthly goals and priorities.

  • Identify and provide training where required to both sales and Accenture. Onboarding new Account Managers on claims and Trade spend governance processes.

  • Partnering with Sales Controlling to identify and understand the financial impacts around promotional programs.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement around the holistic trade spend process, from promotion creation to dispute resolution,

  • Assist with the month end processes for the channel; reviewing final Trade spend results with insight into the position of the accruals and the actions taken within the month.

What you will bring :

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance (e.g. AP, AR)/volume process

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with stakeholders and good relationship building skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Excel – Pivot Tables and Lookups, SAP experience is advantageous.

  • This is a 12-month fixed term contract with us.

  • We follow a hybrid model with 3 days working from office and 2 days from home.
