About You:

• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment

Position Summary:

• With a focus on our guest's overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete beverage experience

• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience

• Assist with the bar operational tasks if required

• Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to the team

• Championing the culture though team building activities for associates, creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing

• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times

• Leading from the front by hands on Supervision of the food and beverage team

• Onboarding and training of new team members

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
