Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

• Develop project plans and determine resource allocation to ensure flawless execution.

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.

• Keep collaborators, customers, partners, and team members informed of project progress, potential challenges, and concerns.

• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Foster a collaborative environment to drive project success and enhance team performance.

• Find opportunities to enhance processes and standard methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a scientific or technical field.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; PMP certification is a plus.

• Ability to travel as needed to support project goals.
