Job Description

The objective of the Solution Consultant is to be the trusted advisor when presenting the NetSuite solution to prospects during the sales process. An ability to understand business process flows, with strong business acumen and presentation skills, is essential for success in this role. The focus of this role is on converting opportunities within the across a variety a diverse set industries and advanced solution offerings.

The Solution Consultant’s role is to add value throughout the sales process in the areas of qualification support, identify business challenges, solution mapping, process presentations and leading practice alignment, in-depth product demonstrations and effectively transitioning the account over to professional services for seamless activation. As a member of the Solution Consulting team, you will work in tandem with the sales organisation to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales opportunities for Core ERP and more advanced business processes including Financial Process / Segmentation, CRM including Lead to Quote, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, Manufacturing, Professional Services Automation.

  • Extended deeper across and advanced solution offerings including Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Performance Management, Field Service Management, Workforce Management, WMS.

  • Clearly articulate the benefits of NetSuite’s applications to all levels including line of business managers and “C” level executives

  • Provide input to other cross-functional departments on prospect requests and product enhancements as needed

  • Maintain account and opportunity updates within our internal sales force automation system to manage and prioritise sales opportunities

  • Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the NetSuite solution, either on-site or via Zoom.
