As a Service Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's prestigious university facilities. You will lead a team of technicians, providing technical support, maintenance, and repairs for various HVAC systems. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record in the HVAC or trade services industry to join our growing team. You will be fully supported by a team dedicated to ensuring success with a high focus on QHSE requirements.   • Lead and support a diverse team of technicians, promoting a positive and efficient work environment while ensuring timely service delivery.

  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with clients, emphasizing partnership and open communication.

  • Organize and delegate tasks to meet deadlines, aiming to exceed client expectations in a supportive manner.

  • Prepare and submit detailed service reports and documentation, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

  • Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in HVAC technology, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

  • Uphold safety standards and company policies, creating a secure workplace for all team members.

Ideal candidate

  • Experience in the HVAC or trade services industry

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Solid understanding of OH&S requirements.

  • Customer-focused mindset and dedication to providing exceptional service.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Committed to ensuring adherence to work order procedures.

  • Hold current drivers licence, refrigerant handling licence, white card, Restricted Electrical Workers “D” Licence and plumbing commission registration.
