    The Opportunity

    As a result, we have created a new opportunity for a HR Programs & Operations Partner to lead the HR Operations improvement work relating to our service delivery, processes, and practices.

    Reporting to the Manager, HR and working closely with the HRBPs, we offer a supportive and collaborative team environment. We see this as an exciting opportunity for you to step into a key role, further consolidate your HR skill set, and have access to career development opportunities. Day to day, your role will include:

  • Coordination and administration of the employee lifecycle processes, including talent acquisition support, onboarding, employment changes, and terminations for approximately 350 employees.

  • Providing centralized HR support services to the business, including responding to, or escalating, any internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

  • Innovating and driving process improvement across employee lifecycle activities.

  • Leading and remodelling HR Programs, including performance and development, Employee Experience, merit and promotion cycles.

  • Reporting and analytics including monthly HR reporting and compliance.

  • Managing your time between carrying out HR administrative tasks (60%) and strategic process improvement projects (40%)

    About you

    Alongside outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, you will be extremely organized, and have high attention to detail and accuracy. You will also possess the following:

  • Working knowledge of the operations associated with supporting the HR function and processes, data management, reporting and process enhancements.

  • Previous HR and program delivery experience, and advanced knowledge of Excel.

  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and identify systemic approaches to problem solving in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.

  • Ability to identify requirements and leverage these to create easy-to-understand processes.

  • A strong work ethic and growth a mindset.

  • Business acumen and an understanding of how HR contributes to business success.

  • A tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field.
