As an HR Manager in HR Consulting, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and fostering a dynamic work environment. You'll lead the resolution of complex employee relations issues, provide expert consulting services, and drive capability-building initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Consulting and Advisory: Provide expert consulting to managers and employees on HR programs, policies, and processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance with regulations.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, inform HR strategies, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs.

  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on conflict resolution and performance management.

  • Capability Building: Design and deliver training programs to enhance manager and employee capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to support the adoption of new HR technologies and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and positive employee experience.

  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage complex employee relations issues.

  • 7+ years experience in Human Resources with a strong track record of leading HR initiatives, HR consulting and driving organizational change.

  • OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in Human Resources with a strong track record of leading HR initiatives, HR consulting and driving organizational change.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs and capability-building initiatives.

  • Knowledge of HR technologies and best practices in HR transformation.
