As an Enterprise Service Manager at AWS Professional Services, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with some of ANZ's most innovative organizations, serving as a trusted strategic partner and advisor. In this role, you'll be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive cloud adoption, modernization, and optimization solutions that drive measurable business impact and sustainable growth for our customers. By deeply understanding each customers unique challenges, business goals, and evolving technical requirements, you'll develop customer plans that unlock new sources of value and improved end customer experiences using the breadth of AWS services.

Key job responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for a portfolio of enterprise-level customers, building strong relationships and understanding their unique business and technical requirements.

• Act as an evangelist for the full portfolio of AWS platform capabilities and services and guide customers along the journey of cloud adoption and digital transformation to accelerate their business goals

• Prepare and present strategic proposals to customer C-Suite executives and create commercial agreements and Statements of Work (SOWs)

• Actively identify and pursue new professional services opportunities within your customer portfolio, contributing to the achievement of team and individual sales quotas and revenue targets

• Orchestrate cross-functional teams of AWS technical specialists, solution architects, and project managers to deliver complex, multi-workstream engagements

• Assist in the development of new service offerings and go-to-market strategies based on customer and market feedback

• Stay up-to-date on the AWS service roadmap, new product launches, and emerging cloud trends to advise customers on strategic technology decisions

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience

  • 10+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience

  • 5+ years of cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience

  • 10+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience

  • Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
