Treasury Wine Estates Digital Communications Manager in Melbourne, Australia

About the role

The Digital Communications Manager drives TWE’s digital presence, including corporate social channels and essential internal channels. This role is central to proactively translating the diverse work of the business and creating and producing engaging content for global stakeholders and audiences.

  • Cultivate an engaging presence across all external digital channels

  • Successfully contribute to and execute internal communication activities across TWE

  • Implement content and channel activities that meet TWE’s standards and actively support the business strategy

  • Lead the development of engaging content with an emphasis on creating videos and social media assets

About you

We are searching for a dynamic, proactive digital creative who can jump on the tools and create compelling content. You should demonstrate exceptional design and content skills, coupled with strong communication and influencing abilities. Your strategic focus, ability to navigate ambiguity, and knack for delivering results in demanding environments make you an ideal candidate.

  • 5-7 years’ communications experience gained in journalism, commercial, government or corporate environment

  • Demonstrated capability in digital storytelling, content creation, and managing digital platforms.

  • Experience in creating and editing videos and other social assets on platforms such as Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Experience managing enterprise social network platforms and/or online communities.
