The role involves leading a team of six team members in Australia as well as overseeing the back-office team in India. Maximising our case fill rate to customers is the primary objective of this role and this is done by coaching and developing team members, defining work and supporting the development of best practice process across the customer service team.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Lead the on shore (Australia based) and off shore Customer Service teams

  • Own the order fulfilment process, respecting the customer segment and channel mix

  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure service is maximised when challenges arise

  • Use appropriate tools and processes to deliver efficient order management

  • Support the effective management new product introductions, and product withdrawals to maximize sales and to minimize write-offs.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Proven leadership capability in a similar environment

  • A customer-facing role within customer service, logistics or sales

  • Experience in an order-to-cash environment (ideally FMCG/CPG environment)

  • High-level of SAP competence

  • Experience in EDI technology

  • Good numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skills

  • Good knowledge of the total supply chain/order-to-cash process

  • Strong digital acumen preferred.

More about this role:

  • We follow a hybrid working model with 3 days from office and 2 days from home.
