We are currently seeking an experienced Concierge to join our high performing team based at Southbank. As a passionate ‘people-person’, you will act as the heart of the workplace providing personalised services to tenants and visitors alike, and administrative support to foster a sense of community. You will be empowered to deliver best-in-class Concierge services, establishing the lobby as a warm, welcoming and vibrant destination.
Here’s a snapshot of your day;
• Conduct a variety of front-of-house activities including greeting everyone in a warm and welcoming manner, visitor registration, answering and directing calls, assisting with transportation, advising on local attractions and other service-based or administrative tasks as assigned.
• An extension of the facilities management team by responding to Tenant Service Requests, requesting building and housekeeping services as needed and periodically inspects common areas and amenities to ensure good operating condition.
• Coordination of customer experience initiatives and events, booking amenities, retail support and promotions.
• Provide online content for the Host building app regarding retailer and neighbouring news, deals and events.
Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
• Ideally possess previous Front Desk, Concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form genuine rapport and meaningful relationships
• Superior problem solving and customer service skills with a passion for delivering an outstanding user experience
• Highly adaptable and flexible with the ability to work independently
• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, handheld mobile technologies and applications
