About the role

You will be a key member of the Penfolds ANZ brand team working to develop and execute agreed plans to drive growth for Penfolds across all tiers and channels. Continually reviewing brand performance and assisting with tactical brand activities, you will also undertake general administration to support running of the brand.

  • Support Penfolds Marketing Manager in developing and delivering the three year regional brand plan for ANZ

  • Manage the daily liaison with key stakeholders including sales, global brand team and direct to consumer

  • Key support on delivery of brand programs across in-store, advertising, media and brand partnerships to maximise value

  • Manage A&P brand budget, project budgets and all invoicing and expense requirements

  • Create clear reports and data summary; monthly & ad-hoc reporting for Penfolds ANZ

    About you

    We are searching for a driven individual who is passionate about luxury brands and stakeholder management. Ideally, you will bring experience within complex global organisations and will be able to deliver in an ambiguous environment.

  • Tertiary education in Marketing and/or Business and working experience in marketing

  • Comfortable with the demands that working in a global organisation can bring

  • Ability to influence internally and externally across a broad stakeholder group

  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Understanding of the expectations required to deliver for a luxury brand
