Equity Trustees Advisor Assistant (6 Months Fixed Term) in Melbourne, Australia

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Support professional to join our Private Client Advisers team. In this key role, you will help coordinate the implementation of client-approved wealth strategies and provide top-tier administrative support to ensure our clients receive exceptional service. Your contribution will directly enable our advisers to focus on providing personal financial advice and developing new business opportunities.

As the trusted support for our Private Client Advisors, you will take ownership of maintaining client data and managing essential processes to improve the overall client experience.

About the role:

  • Coordinate client-approved wealth strategies and investment recommendations.

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to clients and advisers

  • Assist with maintaining accurate client data in XPLAN, collect third-party authority information, and prepare for client reviews.

  • Manage the annual advice consent process to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Liaise with internal business units on behalf of advisers to ensure successful client outcomes.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience delivering excellent client service in a client-facing role.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Experience using financial planning software (XPLAN) and an understanding of financial products.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to work independently with a ‘can-do attitude' in a collaborative, open-plan environment.

  • Ability to perform under pressure and work within a well-defined compliance framework.
