Your Opportunity

Philips challenges you to use your Healthcare Project Coordinator skills to deliver state-of-the-art healthcare system and top-quality service to our current and prospective clients across ANZ. Based in our North Ryde office, you will be responsible for multiple exciting projects across ANZ and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall delivery of our business.

This is a crucial role within the Philips Healthcare business, where you will have overall responsibility for delivering projects on time, on budget and to the required standards. This will be achieved through your active involvement in the Order Realization Process of small to medium installations of patient monitoring solutions .

Reporting to the National Project Manager, you will be working as part of a highly experienced team with a shared goal of delivering top quality service to customers. You will work closely with other Project and Account Managers, as well as various other areas of the Philips business.

Your role:

  • Partnering closely with Sales and Key Account Management team

  • Performing risk assessments, controlling budgets and project plans tailored to customer needs

  • Setting project milestones, project planning and interfacing with customers and stakeholders throughout the project cycle

  • Ensuring that all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and executed.

  • Conducting regular project plan reviews with all stakeholders in each district

  • Managing and communicating project risks and issues, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget

  • Organizing the execution of the installation and required user training

You're the right fit if:

  • Previous Project Coordinator/Delivery experience in healthcare, equipment installation in a B2B environment

  • Preferably, experience in Patient Monitoring projects and Information Technology projects with Healthcare.

  • Experience in contract and risk management as well as a solid understanding of the supply chain process and working with cross functional teams

  • Ability to demonstrate organisational competencies

  • Sound negotiation, conflict and stakeholder management experience and communication.

  • Bachelor’s degree level education in engineering, healthcare, project management, IT or equivalent

  • Preferably Certified Project Manager; PMP or equivalent

  • Sound level of software literacy; MS Office suite, Salesforce, MS Project, PSA- Professional Services Automation
