Has technical responsibility for the coordination and execution of specific project activities, varying from Product Technologies to Engineering Core Proficiencies. Applies technical leadership skills to deliver successful initiatives. Integrates science, technology, engineering and capability to deliver improved processes, equipment, and systems.

A good fit would be someone from a Construction Science or Civil Engineering background.

Other BS/MS majors that may be considered are Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

Have just graduated, or <3 years work experience.

Job Qualifications

Your work here would include developing innovative solutions geared towards improving our construction work process and construction innovation for facilities projects.

You’ll be focused on safety, BIM, modular construction, contract strategies, and facilities master planning /execution:

· Gather and analyze facilities drawings

· Determine facility and equipment specifications

· Analyze project costs and prepare budgets

· Design and oversee facility expansions

· Evaluate operational systems and infrastructure to improve operational efficiency

· Plan and coordinate infrastructure and equipment maintenance

Coordinate and lead all aspects of contractors/construction.
