Supporting product users who use a product in their operational responsibilities, the Mixing Execution & Material Flow LKU is a local product expert who understands the business process and drives intended product usage by enabling/customizing hardware and software, training and coaching users, and by providing first level support. Unlike a central rollout team or a central help-desk, the Mixing Execution & Material Flow LKU assures local buy-in of the users, product sustainability and usage, and drives continuous product improvements based on plant's needs and ideas.

Acting as an "influencer" for product usage to support business needs for competitive advantage with respect to operational KPIs in the areas of Safety, Quality, Costs, Efficiency & Other Business aspects.

Analysis of requirements and pre-requisites for upcoming product implementations.

Generation and maintenance of an implementation roadmap including user aspects, IT aspects, central aspects, and process adaptations.

Manage the rollout and ensure a robust BAT (Business Acceptance Test).

Moderate and advise the operational areas to define adapted or new processes.

Support the users in the modified/new processes and product usage.

Be a role model for living the processes and using the product.

Participate in central train-the-trainer sessions

Create/adapt existing documentation (own plant, other plants and central) for own plant's specifies, and make it easy to access for all users at any time.

Create and run trainings for rollouts and for new users for existing products.

Continuously improve and maintain training material.

Create an environment whereby users are encouraged to give realistic and value-adding ideas for product/feature enhancement, and discuss these with the product owner, creating Value Items and User Stories together with the Product Owner as appropriate.

Keep up-to-date with existing features and functionality development, and analyze their potential to add-value for the plant together with the operative responsible.

Maintain local settings and customizations.

Pre-release testing of own product, and analyses/tests potential impact on interfaced products together with the appropriate LKUs.

Primary contact person for Product Owners and Regional Key Users.
