Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Jr. Graphic Designer in Medley, Florida. This role primarily involves creating and designing various types of designs for our company's needs. You'll be a part of an innovative team in a fast-paced industry, working in our office four days a week with the flexibility to select your remote work day.

Responsibilities:

• Use Adobe Creative Cloud and other software to create compelling designs for advertisements, brochures, and other promotional materials.

• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and implement design concepts, graphics, and layouts for brand awareness campaigns.

• Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign to create and edit artwork and banner ads.

• Use Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Flash to create interactive web content and animations.

• Maintain and organize digital files for easy access and future modifications.

• Work closely with the team to translate marketing and brand strategies into comps that render beautifully in print and online.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and continuously enhance skills through professional development. Requirements • Possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign

• Capable of creating and designing advertisements, artwork, and banner ads

• Ability to contribute to brand awareness through creative designs

• Experience in designing brochures for different purposes and audiences

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred

• Up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
