Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
Duties
Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Oversee inventory management to ensure proper stock levels and minimize waste. Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative team environment. Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences. Monitor food costs and implement strategies for cost control without compromising quality. Maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients. Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within a fine dining establishment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling, and kitchen management. Experience in menu planning and inventory management is essential. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with staff and guests professionally. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
