Whether you\'re just starting in the construction field or have experience, especially in finish construction, we want to hear from you! This is an excellent opportunity for growth in a fast-paced and hands-on work environment. Daily Workflow: Assist in all aspects of residential and commercial construction, including framing, drywall, flooring, and painting Perform detail finish carpentry tasks including installation of trim, moldings, doors, cabinetry, and other detailed woodwork Use precise measurements, cuts, and installations to ensure an accurate finish Apply paint, stain, and other coatings to surfaces, ensuring consistent and high-quality finishes Follow building plans and blueprints to meet project specifications Adhere to safety regulations and company policies Follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team We\'re Seeking: Prior construction experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
