Private label paper manufacturer is hiring for a Quality Assurance Supervisor for their out east facility. Qualified candidates with prior GMP and SOP experience in packaging or paper industries are encouraged to . Responsibilities

• Ensure quality work is performed as outlined in the Quality Control S.O.P. book.

• Ensure paper testing instruments to verify incoming paper shipments are within specifications.

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the QA Technicians.

• Implementing and enforcing safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work.

• Responsible to know, understand, comply and be actively engaged with the safety procedures, safety policies, and

• internal regulations and controls.

• Maintain files related to production runs for ease of retrieval in the event of a product recall.

• Perform scheduled hourly quality inspections.

• Verify correct materials are in use on production runs.

• Responsible for informing machine operators, team leaders, supervisors, and managers when there is a quality or

• material usage issue with production.

• Responsible for tracing any quality issue back to the beginning and when necessary, isolating the product.

• Maintain, follow-up, and update the Quality Incident Report (Q.I.R.) matrix.

• Work with the Operating Personnel and Operations Team Leaders to identify any present and solve any potential
