Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a position located in MEDFORD, New York. This role offers contract employment opportunity. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and resolving purchase inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process invoices with precision and timeliness

• Itemize purchases and record them accurately in our system

• Approve invoices after thorough verification

• Provide vital support to other Accounts Payable positions

• Utilize NetSuite and Infor software for various tasks

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in records

• Conduct regular check runs and ensure they align with company guidelines

• Code invoices accurately for easy tracking and resolution

• Engage in data entry tasks and maintain the integrity of our databases

• Use Microsoft Excel for various data manipulation and analysis tasks.

Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation

• Experience in accounts payable (AP)

• Familiarity with check runs

• Knowledge of coding invoices

• Proficient in data entry tasks

• Skilled in invoice processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with NetSuite

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to continuously improve and learn new skills

• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
