We are seeking a highly skilled Network Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure. As a Network Services Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and secure operation of our network systems, optimizing performance, and supporting our teams in maintaining robust and reliable network connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure to meet the organization's needs.

  • Monitor and maintain network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to support the implementation of network solutions.

  • Develop and implement network governance policies and best practices.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.

  • Provide training and support to internal teams on network-related topics.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant network security standards and protocols.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5 years of professional experience

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing network infrastructure.

  • Strong understanding of networking technologies such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

  • Experience with network monitoring and management tools.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in networking technologies (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+).

  • Experience with cloud-based networking solutions.

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

  • Familiarity with security best practices in network environments.
