Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do Modernize business and core environments to leverage technology innovations across multiple platforms; drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise for continuous insights and improvements. Drive various aspects of the full data delivery lifecycle for implementations, which may include requirements gathering, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Create architecturally significant non-functional requirements to design reusable data ingestion and data management components. Establish data ingestion patterns and design data integration interfaces with internal and external data sources. Drive advisory and implementation services of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data, to generate insights leveraging various platforms to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments. Provide technical recommendations for optimized data access and retention from various data warehouses. Create technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models. Design and implement solutions to extract and reconcile data scattered across multiple sources.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Defining multi-tenancy and resource management requirements utilizing systems architecture design, implementation, and operations on On-prem, Platform as a Service (PaaS), Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) models and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications;
- Performing data management, including master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, and data modeling, utilizing Informatica product suite;
- Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams, and identifying changes in scope;
- Utilizing industry standard best practices and Agile methodologies to coordinate and drive aspects of the full data delivery lifecycle for implementations, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations and urgent issues;
- Delivering Data Warehousing and Analytics solutions utilizing Informatica and Big Data tools, including Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Master Data Management (MDM), Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Informatica Big Data Management (BDM), and Data Catalog and Governance;
- Working with Informatica technology stack to create custom build objects in order to maintain Data Governance processes, policies, and standards; and
- Developing, testing, and automating Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) procedures, using Informatica, Big Data Management with DevOps tools, and version control software to perform data warehousing and data integration functions.
