Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do: Drive Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, State and Local Government, Telecommunications, and Retail industries. Improve the ability to react in the digital world and enable innovation and scalability, remove performance barriers, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with Oracle-based solutions. Participate in setting Oracle engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design. • 15% Travel required nationally. • Telecommuting permitted. • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following: • Utilizing Oracle Cloud Applications and Oracle Cloud Platform to provide Oracle software advisory and implementation services for the Healthcare and Insurance industries; • Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools, including Oracle Management Cloud service and Oracle CASB Cloud Service; • Working across all phases of the Agile methodology including Preparation, Blueprint, Performance and Load testing, Go-Live and post Go-Live support for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for Oracle database, Oracle Cloud and middleware components; • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, using Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, Waterfall and Sprint methodologies, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure DevOps service, and OCI Functions; • Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams, and finalizing system requirements, utilizing Jira and Visio; and • Analyzing client infrastructure and providing advisory and implementation services for clients to migrate from legacy architecture to Cloud-based containerized architecture using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible and Terraform.
