In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in four key areas :

  • You’ll be responsible to make technology investments decision by assessing opportunities for reusing Enterprise solutions or for and building new ones with extensibility & enterprise scalability in mind

  • Transformational Leadership

  • You’ll influence a broad set of senior executives across the enterprise and your organization who are stakeholders or delivery partner to successfully deliver on your portfolio/product vision

  • You’ll establish a long-term product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business needs, to gain alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments

  • You’ll attract, grow, empower, and inspire top product talent as they develop and deliver on their local product strategy

As Part of the Multirail Payments team you can expect:

  • B2B Payments is one of the fastest growing product categories in the financial sector. Capital One is looking to take a leadership position in B2B Payments. The B2B Payments team is a fast-paced, strategically forward team focused on transforming B2B Payments and driving Capital One to a leadership position by developing new products and strategies.

  • The Head of Multirail Payments will lead a team of associates focused on developing a new cloud based real time, automated, intelligent multirail payments platform that enables clients to manage all their payments through one seamless experience and massively simplifies AP processes so they can focus on growing their businesses. The payments rails addressed would include ACH, Card, Checks, Wires, RTP, etc.

  • Given the strategic nature of the team, the team will be expected to present to and influence senior leadership on a regular basis. The team will need to actively collaborate with marketing, sales, design, operations, data science and tech

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

  • At least 8 years of experience in digital product management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

  • MBA or Master’s degree

  • 8+ years of experience in Agile product management

  • 8+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
