SAIC Senior Program Integrator in MCLEAN, Virginia

Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: A Customer mission center is seeking strong programmatic support and assistance tracking inventory and requirements to ensure efficient and well-coordinated operations to meet mission strategies. The candidate will support senior mission center Customers in strategic and tactical endeavors to enhance technical solutions supporting key requirements. S/he must have a strong understanding of field culture and operations to facilitate communication and provide support to field technical officers to help them effectively support the mission. The candidate must be a self-starter who can effectively facilitate activities and coordinate with multiple Customer elements, including senior officials, and external partners. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Inventory and account management for mission center equipment.

  • Technical documentation and requirements gathering.

  • Drafting and tracking cables to ensure oversight and management of all equipment and applications.

  • Keeping abreast of funding and project status; ensuring robust communication with the field.

  • Coordinating activities across the team and providing updates on project status.

  • Preparing briefing slides and other project documentation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.

  • Bachelor’s degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and (15) years or more of related experience. Masters and (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (10) years or more experience

  • Successful experience supporting a fast-paced Customer environment and senior leadership, along with experience supporting operational elements and multiple Customer offices. Previous work in a mission center is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional rapport in a team environment and across organizational boundaries.

  • Collaboration skills to support relationships with stakeholders to elicit technical requirements and leverage partnerships.

  • Ability to successfully communicate requirements, project status updates, and deliverables between technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Advanced communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to accurately track spending, budgets, and provide account management/overview.

  • Collaborate on logistics and tracking of supplies and communicate with a variety of entities to meet quick-turnaround requirements.

  • Skilled with multiple computer databases and Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

  • Strong experience with the Customer’s cable system to track, draft, and respond to cables.

  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous TDY or PCS experience.
