As a Senior Associate Global Business Architecture Consulting , you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Global Business Architecture Consulting team reporting to the Senior Director Global Business Architecture Consulting, you will support projects including PEP, Hilton's new Property Management System.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Create and maintain project plans for increased transparency across projects
• Identify project risks and issues, build mitigation plans, and manage leadership escalations accordingly
• Lead daily project activities and support project workstreams with their deliverables

How you will collaborate with others:

• Facilitate regular project calls with technology, business, and vendor workstreams to convey project vision, communicate priorities, and drive overall progress
• Collaborate with regional teams in preparation for the implementation of PEP in new countries
• Conduct cross-functional deep-dive sessions to define requirements, identify solutions, and resolve problems

What project you will take ownership of:

• PEP (Property Engagement Platform), Hilton's new cloud-based property management system

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• Two (2) years of professional work experience in Hospitality or Travel
• Two (2) years of project management experience
• Experience with Jira and Confluence including documenting requirements, creating dashboards, and executing queries
• Travel up to 15%, both domestic and international

It would be useful if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience
• Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• Experience working with a multinational company
