KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and document existing processes in support of defined process improvement initiatives

  • Provide support through process improvement methods such as mapping, analysis, reporting, use of data collection tools and techniques, and ability to assess the results of process improvement documentation

  • Support change management-focused initiatives and workstreams for federal clients, leveraging industry expertise and address complex issues

  • Support teams to deliver transformation delivery and supporting services, coach and mentor team members for high performance

  • Support policy projects, including the planning, implementation, and assessment from inception to conclusion

  • Support development / execution of change management plans to include communications, training, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of relevant work experience related to change management / policy

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

  • Experience implementing process improvement and change initiatives

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred

  • Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues

  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements

  • U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government TS/SCI + Poly security clearance
