Robert Half Marketing and Events Coordinator in Mclean, Virginia

Description We are in search of a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and event strategies for our industry. Our workplace is located in McLean, Virginia, 22102, United States.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Industry Marketing Leads, Global Strategic Account Management Executives, and U.S. Regional Marketing leads to plan and execute account-based in-person event marketing activities.

• Organize and host virtual client trainings and track additional account-based marketing events across the U.S. markets.

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan for our Canada market to provide actionable business development opportunities.

• Provide marketing coverage for other U.S. regional marketing leads in their absence or for specific events that need additional support.

• Prepare content and present to various leadership groups for alignment.

• Identify new opportunities to deepen existing relationships with clients, focusing on your areas of influence.

• Utilize technologies to track, manage, and analyze the effectiveness of your marketing initiatives.

• Lead and/or support various other marketing initiatives to continue to improve and innovate our overall marketing and communication program.

• Manage budget effectively and negotiate with various venues, vendors, and organizations.

• Collect data and feedback to report on the success of your initiatives and how to improve for the future. Requirements • Must hold at least one year of professional experience in a marketing or events coordinating role.

• Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer relationships.

• Demonstrable experience in enhancing brand awareness and visibility.

• Proficiency in campaign planning, including developing, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.

• Proven experience in coordinating events, including planning, organizing, and managing all event details.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with external vendors and internal teams.

• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field would be advantageous. Innovation starts with people.®
