The Business Development Analyst requires a proactive, diligent, and well-organized individual who likes to read, research, and can help identify and track potential Federal construction opportunities . This role is part-time, approximately 20 hours/week. Hours might vary based on workload. Flexible working hours can be discussed.

Responsibilities

• Research different sources (e.g., sam.gov ) to provide weekly report to Company’s Executives

• Analyze gathered research and consolidate as needed

• Main point of contact for Company’s Executives in relation to Federal construction opportunities

• Related duties as needed

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in the real estate, construction, and/or architecture/engineering industry

• Bachelors Degree preferred but not required

• Strong technical reading comprehension

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• High level of attention to detail

• Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously

• High degree of professionalism and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
