As a Business Analyst / Cost Engineer in the Foundations group of Clark Construction, you will be responsible for the following:

Weekly:

• Productivity Reports

• Field Manhour Reports including OT report

• Compliance Report

• Job Start-up Tracker Updates

• Job Life Tracker Updates

• CMG new subcontract & PO creation management

• Contract and security execution status

• CCIP enrollment status

• Business Unit/Project Cash Flow Report

• Major Material Purchasing/Cost tracking

Monthly:

• Project setup assistance, Job Start up planning

• Division budget maintenance

• Change Order True up, Contract Value Reconciliation (CF vs CCG)

• Owner Requisition/Billing Submission

• Textura management (div)

• Project cash flow monitoring: Payment status

• Sub status – payment, insurance, holds

• Division health report – payments, retention, cash position, by job

• Safety spreadsheet updates

• Hourly employee work status breakdown by job by trade

• Pile Yard budget analysis

• Accounts payable Mngt/Coupa open PO review (Paid/open)

• ETC’s for old jobs: c/o & ETC updates

• Equipment Inventory Monitoring (Div)

• Add financial info to staffing sheet (job #,CCIP, DOES, tax exempt etc)

Quarterly:

• Internal auditing

• Accrual Run

• Below the line run

• Open shop Hourly Wage analysis

• CMG- SQR/Bondability updates

• Quarterly Field Bonus Reports

Basic Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree or relevant work experience

• Familiarity with SAP is a plus

Employment Information

Construction work requires strenuous physical activity. The essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to, walking on uneven surfaces, climbing several flights of stairs or ladders uninterrupted, working at extensive heights, lifting 50 pounds, repetitive lifting, working a minimum of 40 hours per week, working outdoors as required, seeing with clarity (naturally or with correction), having accurate depth perception and acceptable peripheral vision, and hearing sufficiently (naturally or with correction) to respond to verbal instruction, warning bells, and alarms.
