Job Title: Architectural Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Product/Wall Technician and Commercial Furniture Installer to join our team. This full-time position is critical to our company's success, involving the construction of architectural walls, products, and the installation of commercial furniture. Offering a competitive pay rate of $23 per hour, this role requires experience in architectural wall systems and carpentry, coupled with expertise in commercial furniture installation.

Hard Skills

• Carpentry

• Architectural wall building

• Commercial furniture installation

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and installation plans

• Operation of hand and power tools

• Knowledge of architectural wall systems (demountable walls, glass partitions, modular wall panels)

• Familiarity with various commercial furniture brands

Work Environment

You will work in a professional office environment, expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor. The environment is comfortable with air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter. Work hours are from 6:30am or 7am till 4pm from Monday to Friday, with 8-10 hour days depending on the project. The team size ranges from 3 to 8 crew members.
