  1. Loading and Unloading Goods

  • Unload incoming shipments from trucks and transport them to designated storage locations.
  • Ensure items are handled carefully to prevent damage during loading and unloading.
  1. Stacking and Organizing
  • Use equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor) to stack products or materials in a way that optimizes space and ensures safety.
  • Organize stock by size, type, and frequency of use for efficient picking and retrieval.
  • Follow warehouse layout plans to place products in the correct locations.
  1. Inventory Management
  • Assist in conducting regular stock counts and inventory checks.
  • Ensure that stock levels are accurately recorded and updated.
  • Notify supervisors or inventory managers of discrepancies or missing items.
  1. Ensuring Safety and Compliance
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while stacking products, including wearing protective equipment such as gloves, safety shoes, and helmets.
  • Ensure that storage areas are tidy, accessible, and free from obstacles to prevent accidents.
