Duties

  • Transcribe data from various sources into the companys databases with high accuracy.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Maintain and update existing databases to ensure data integrity.
  • Collect and verify data from different departments or external sources.
  • Assist with order entry processes by inputting customer orders into the system.
  • Utilize basic math skills for data verification and calculations as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support as required, including generating reports and summaries from collected data.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.
