Job Description

Java Application Architect

We are looking for a Senior Java Application Architect to help design, develop, and manage the architectural design of Java programming applications.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with technology managers and design teams to understand company goals.

* Evaluate and define current architecture systems.

* Design scalable architecture for Java-based applications.

* Identify hardware and software infrastructure needs.

* Troubleshoot design flaws and system bottlenecks.

* Conduct system performance tests.

* Assist software design teams with application integration.

* Complete systems reports.

Skills and Requirements

* 15-20 years of relevant experience as a software architect, with a focus on Java-based applications.

* Experience with enterprise architecture, including designing and implementing solutions that align with an organization's overall IT strategy and business objectives.

* Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science.

* Previous experience as a software or Java architect.

* Advanced knowledge of software architecture.

* Proficiency with Java, Java Beans, Java Servlets, and JavaScript.

* Experience with software networks and web programming.

* High-level project management skills.

* Ability to solve complex software system issues.

* Good communication skills.

* Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance null
