Description:
Operation and maintenance of steam boilers, air-conditioning and associated support equipment.
Operates and maintains building HVAC control systems.
Operates and maintains all steam boilers, air-conditioning sytems and
associates HVAC support equipment. Does so in a professional
manner. Is able to trouble shoot same and facilitate repair in order to
maintain space conditions in a timely manner
Performs preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment without
supervision.
Performs routine maintence on all HVAC equipment. Performs daily
inspections of equipment, logs operating conditions and when
operating parmiters are not within guidelines, seeks resolution and
correction. Documents actions and operating abnormailities.
Maintains comfront levels in facility. Operates equipment within
temperature and humidity guidelines set forth by policy.
Operates and maintains medical gas and vac. systems within guidlines
Cleans equipment and work area requlary in order to provide a
safe/clean working environment.
Interacts with fellow staff in a professional manner. Can communicate
effectively, does communicate effively, shares information with fellow
staff freely. Offers suggestions and takes responsibility for all
equipment within the facility.
