This position requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:**
· Must have Valid Kentucky RN License OR compact state
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Master's degree preferred
· Cath Lab operations required
· Basic Life Support (BLS) required one month from hire/transfer date
· Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) six months from hire date
· Service Line development and leadership experience preferred
