Summary You will serve as a TRAINING INSTRUCTOR in the Surface Combat Systems Training Command of SCSTC LTFLANT. Responsibilities You will instruct and certify students in Advanced Electronic theoretical principles and techniques associated with 2M electronic repair. You will evaluate significant matters such as the grading system, admission policies, course prerequisites, objectives and contents, instructional methods, curriculum failure and attrition, and student counseling needs. You will provide subject matter expertise in planning, development, preparation, and maintenance of instructional material. You will provide guidance for students and student projects, give lectures and participate in advanced technical discussions, and/or participate in planning and developing or evaluating and revising the curriculum. You will resolve instructional problems related to typical motivational concerns managing a wide variety of classroom situations and independently plan and carry out training sessions within prescribed course framework. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
