Excellent Direct Hire Opportunity for a Business Development Manager with experience selling in Video Gaming Industry

Job Summary

As our Business Development Manager you will be focusing on creating and nurturing strategic partnerships with game studios and other organizations. You will identify new opportunities for growth, negotiate partnership agreements, and manage ongoing relationships to ensure business objectives are met.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have:

  1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Development within the video game industry .

  2. Strong existing network and relationships within video game studios and related industry companies.

  3. Proven track record of successfully prospecting, negotiating, and closing impactful partnership deals.

  4. Experience managing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to track and analyze partnership activities.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  1. Understanding of video game development and publishing processes.

  2. Strong presentation and pitching skills.

  3. Experience with contract negotiation and deal structuring
