Therma-Tru Doors Inside Sales Intern in Maumee, Ohio
As theSales Intern, you will receive robust training on our products and programs and have the opportunity to work with inside and outside sales on active projects.
Partner with the Inside Sales team to support Wholesale & Retail Outside Sales, helping to generate new business and grow existing business.
Partner with Inside Sales to construct target lists and execute email and call campaigns.
Assist Sales Support in responding to inquiries about our customer rewards program.
Assist with qualifying leads from our website for our commercial cladding product.
Assist with onboarding and product knowledge presentations.
In-depth product knowledge training (Decking, Railing and Cladding)
Brand guidelines and sell sheet creation training with Sales Support
Orientation with other key functional areas of the business (Product Management, Marketing, Client Services)
Orientation on web-based tools used to perform day-to-day tasks
Conclusion of Internship :
Develop and present to senior leaders a “report out” presentation on key areas of learning.
A successful Sales Intern will have:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
Desire to pursue a career in Sales
Interested in building products as a potential field of work
Ability to work independently on sales/marketing research projects in support of sales
Pro-active, can take action in the absence of specific guidance
Demonstrates a passion for understanding customer needs
Ability to successfully partner with the Fiberon sales organization
This opportunity is for a part-time spring and full-time summer internship and could potentially be extended depending on business needs and performance.
Candidates for positions with Fiberon must be legally authorized to permanently work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including student visas.
