Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Maumee, Ohio. The role will involve overseeing the organization's financial objectives and strategy, maintaining accurate records and managing customer accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions within our team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all accounts in compliance with the annual budget, bylaws, and rules and regulations.

• Develop and review financial and accounting procedures to optimize financial operations.

• Administer the organization's accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Produce and present monthly financial statements, identify trends, and report to the CEO and Board of Directors.

• Collaborate with the CEO in preparing the annual budget.

• Work closely with the organization's Financial Advisors to ensure investments are managed within established guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records using financial software and implement an efficient filing system.

• Oversee all routine banking operations, including deposits and credit card processing.

• Reconcile all accounts and bank statements monthly.

• Administer the organization's benefits program and communicate any changes to all employees.

• Ensure facility management tasks such as cleaning, aesthetic repairs, and equipment operation are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Coordinate all training room rentals and room set up.

This role requires skills such as Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, Billing Functions, Financial Analysis, Budget Management, and Basic Bookkeeping. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations

• Experience with Billing Functions

• Proficiency in Financial Analysis

• Experience in Budget Management

• Basic Bookkeeping skills
