Elevation Church Graphic Designer (eGroups & Outreach Ministry Team) in Matthews, North Carolina

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create Branding and style guides for special events and ministry initiatives.
Design print assets like small group studies, posters for lobby decor, and other marketing materials.
Design graphics packages for videos and other digital marketing materials.
Brainstorm and develop concepts to improve and innovate the way we reach people through our ministry partners.
MUST-HAVES
Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
3+ years of design experience.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe design software.
Experience with print design and communicating with print vendors.
Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.
High attention to detail.
Great time management skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills.
Portfolio available online.
NICE-TO-HAVES
Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
Proven success with forward-thinking design within a church/non-profit setting.
Set design experience or experience with 3D product design.
Experience working with a motion graphics designer.
Experience in apparel design.
DAY-TO-DAY
We're a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
There's a lot to accomplish each week, so we're pretty fast-paced. We're also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
Yes, we work hard. But we're good at playing hard, too. We're a creative staff, so there's no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
