POSITION SUMMARY: This position will provide analytical support to the company's compliance program. The position works closely with compliance team members as well as other business functions to investigate and resolve compliance issues by monitoring, tracking and trending the monitoring and investigation results, conducting data analysis, and compiling and submitting transparency reports to the government. The role may also implement policies and procedures. and administer the compliance program. This position assists leadership across the enterprise with managing process documentation and establishing comprehensive approaches to track and monitor final document updates and approvals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Review and organize transparency data for submission to the government Review, sort, and analyze data from multiple systems Monitor compliance with key program initiatives Track and trend monitoring results and compliance incidents statistics Maintain compliance logs Develop graphs and charts depicting compliance monitoring and auditing results Develop solutions to moderately complex compliance issues relating to precedence and policies Project management of compliance initiatives, including supporting data collection and validation for federal and state transparency reporting requirements Determination of reporting requirements and completion of certifications for OUS reporting requirements Provides compliance guidance and support to both internal and external business partners Maintains current knowledge of laws and industry guidance that impact the company's compliance program Compiling data for metrics to measure and report on organizational training activity; maintains infrastructure, procedures, and tracking to measure and assess compliance with required training completion Ensures written documentation reflects current and accurate information and that all changes and / or modifications follow standard requirements prior to publication release.
