Job Description: Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.

  • Highly developed support individual contributor.

  • May act as a mentor to lower-level peers and provide guidance on tasks.

  • Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.

  • Work is of larger scope, typically on less structured task-related activities requiring judgement.

    Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

  • 2 years or more experience in demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude and passion for continued learning.

  • 3 years or more experience in strong time management and interpersonal communication skills.

  • 4 years or more experience in prioritizing, multi-tasking, working independently, and adapting to sudden changes in plans.

  • 4 years or more experience interfacing across various teams and functions.

  • Must be a United States Citizen.
