POSITION SUMMARY: The Facilities Maintenance Technician Coordinator will oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall functionality of company facilities. This role involves performing hands-on tasks, coordinating repairs, managing preventative maintenance schedules, and supporting activities such as office moves, meeting setups, and event preparations. The Facilities Maintenance Technician Coordinator will also direct daily tasks for the facilities team and perform patching, painting, and grounds work to maintain the facility's appearance. They will manage inventory for maintenance supplies and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. They will also assist with tracking operating expense budget and capital expenditures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Coordinate daily tasks for the facilities team to ensure efficient operations. Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance, documenting work as required. Ensure facilities meet safety and regulatory standards. Perform and oversee maintenance tasks, including minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. Coordinate patching, painting, and repair work for interior surfaces. Coordinate ground maintenance, including landscaping and snow removal. Maintain inventory of consumable maintenance items. Coordinate office reconfigurations, painting, and furniture moves. Coordinate contractors, ensuring compliance with company and safety standards. Serve as the primary contact for facilities-related issues and resolve them promptly. ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Regular and predictable work performance Ability to work under fast-paced conditions Ability to make decisions and use good judgement Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required Ability to successfully work with others Additional duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, including 2 years in a similar role. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate a team. Proficiency in patching, painting, and ground maintenance. Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety standards. Ability to read technical specifications, blueprints, and schematics. Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance management software. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Certification as an Electrician or HVAC
