BrightStar Care Dietary Support in Mason, Ohio
BrightStar Senior Living is looking for a Dietary Support person to join our amazing team in Mason. Our Dietary Support person will assist the chefs in daily tasks to meet the dietary needs of our residents. The hours of this person will be Friday through Monday 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. These hours are not flexible at this time. Position Requirements * Light cooking in place of the Chef as needed * Food prep for future meals * Ensuring the kitchen is clean and safe at all times * Assist in serving meals to residents * Encourages residents to be as independent as able in daily living activities * Builds relationships with, and provides care and support to residents and their families Skills/Qualification Requirements: * One (1)+ year of experience in a similar role, preferably from within a Long Term Care, Assisted Living and/or Memory Care community. * Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (must be able to communicate business related matters in English). * Flexibility: the dining staff will be required to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the community and the dining services department. Work hours shall remain flexible to meet the needs of the community, its residents, staff, and operations.
