Cedar Fair Camp Cedar Busser in Mason, Ohio
Our Bussers are responsible for clearing the resort restaraunt tables of food, plate-ware, and utensils to maintain a clean presentation and ensure timely service and for assisting servers in setting up tables for success.
JOB SPECIFIC TASKS:

Keeps restaurant dining room tables clean by clearing the tables of dishes, food, and debris once guests have finished, wiping tables down, and setting tables up for future guests
Lifts and carries dish racks or bus tubs weighing up to 40lbs..
Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant through keeping the bus station fully set up and stocked, checking highchairs and booster seats for cleanliness, emptying trash cans, and spot sweeping restaurant floors.
Interacts with guests, employees, and supervision in a positive, welcoming, and professional manner
QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Clears, cleans and setup tables for the next guest in a prompt manner.
Empties trash receptacles and dish tubs as needed.
Maintains cleanliness of all areas of dining rooms and patios, including guest tables, floors, service areas and stations, drink stations, and seating areas.
Assists servers with the service of food and drink items; responds to guest request for utensils, napkins and condiments.
Maintains inventory and organization of product at all service stands.
Cleans, sets up and breaks down dining room.
Provides guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions
Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Meets Cedar Fair's attendance requirements as outlined in Cedar Fair's attendance policies.
Adheres to Cedar Fair's Rules of Conduct including specific costuming and grooming standards as outlined in Associate Guidelines and other park/division specific policies and procedures.
