Your role as a Field Service Manager

As a Field Service Manager at Wisper ISP, you will be at the forefront of our operations, overseeing the daily management of our team of talented Field Service Technicians. From assisting dispatch with coordination of routes and schedules to ensuring seamless ticket documentation, your role will be critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our services. You will also have the opportunity to hire and onboard new technicians, nurturing their professional development and ensuring their success within the team.

Your role will also involve collaborating with various departments, conducting safety training, quality control, and customer service audits to ensure we exceed customer expectations. With your expertise, attention to detail, and passion for delivering exceptional service, you will play a vital role in shaping our success in the internet industry.

To excel in the role of Field Service Manager at Wisper ISP, there are several key skills and qualifications that are necessary for success. First and foremost, a High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver\'s license and the ability to be added to the company\'s auto-insurance policy. In terms of experience, a minimum of 2 years working in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry or relevant field is essential.

Additionally, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience managing and leading a team of at least 20 staff members, showcasing their ability to effectively guide and motivate a team towards success. Experience with ladders or professional climbing is also highly valued in this role. Lastly, candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, both presently and in the future.

These qualifications, combined with your drive, leadership skills, and passion for the industry, will position you for success in this dynamic and rewarding position.

Knowledge and skills required for the posi tion are:
