Aston Carter Fulfillment Coordinator in Maryville, Tennessee

Job Title: Fulfillment CoordinatorJob Description

The purpose of this position is to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders by managing inventory, tracking shipments, and coordinating with various departments. The Fulfillment Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the Customer Service Department.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process parts orders from Customer Service Representatives (CSR), ensuring consistency in order details and specifications.

  • Create purchase orders, job orders, and shipping documents based on sales orders.

  • Monitor and expedite parts shipments by collaborating with suppliers and logistics teams, ensuring timely delivery and prompt resolutions to delays.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for CSRs regarding order inquiries, providing timely updates and delivery timelines.

  • Assist CSRs in resolving parts order issues such as discrepancies, delays, and returns while maintaining a customer-centric approach to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Work with CSRs to submit and track warranty reimbursement requests with vendors.

  • Collaborate with CSRs, warehouse, and procurement teams to enhance processes related to parts ordering and fulfillment.

  • Ensure all actions are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Complete other duties and cross-training activities as assigned.

Essential Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in business or related field preferred.

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in customer service, parts management, or supply chain logistics required.

  • Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle).

  • Ability to navigate ERP software quickly and effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with creating and/or managing advanced reporting to manage key metrics.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to visually inspect products at close range, distance, and detect color variations.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing while working at a computer.

  • Manufacturing facility – must comply with all safety regulations and PPE requirements (e.g., gloves, face shields, steel toe shoes, safety glasses).

  • Exposure to hot and cold temperatures for long periods of time.

Work Environment

Office environment connected to a manufacturing floor. This position involves prolonged periods of sitting or standing while working at a computer. The role requires the ability to visually inspect products at close range, distance, and detect color variations. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The manufacturing facility requires compliance with all safety regulations and PPE requirements (e.g., gloves, face shields, steel toe shoes, safety glasses). Exposure to hot and cold temperatures for long periods of time is expected.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
