Spectrum Senior Director, Human Resources in Maryland Heights, Missouri
A senior HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders and their organizations to ensure Human Resources strategies and initiatives are executed in alignment with all short- and long-term business goals. Responsible for creating and delivering programs in the areas of leader development, talent management, engagement, and employee relations for the designated client group. Combines HR mastery, industry knowledge, and business acumen to resolve complex HR issues within a fast paced and dynamic business environment. Responsible for leading a team of HR professionals that supports a geographically dispersed employee base. Create, implement and enhance consistent practices to ensure stable service delivery that is aligned with company initiatives and enterprise-wide policies and procedures.

As a Senior Human Resources Director, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering policies and programs in the areas of recruitment, employment, employee relations, and equal opportunity employment in compliance with government regulations and company goals. You’ll work with leadership to ensure HR strategies and initiatives are in alignment with all short- and long-term business goals. You will also support a geographically dispersed employee base within the designated client group. As well as create, implement, and enhance consistent practices to ensure stable service delivery that is aligned with company initiatives and enterprise-wide policies and procedures.

Working with senior leadership to develop and promote human resources strategies Developing strong working relationships at all levels of the organization
Translating organizational strategic business objectives into supporting HR strategy and accompanying action plans for flawless execution
Evaluating and advising on the impact of new programs/strategies and regulatory actions
Analyzing and evaluating the retention, performance and workforce productivity of the employee base
Managing recruiting and employee relations at the designated client group
Facilitating and supporting performance management, merit planning and employee surveys
Hiring, training, and managing performance and development of direct reports

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Human Resources Generalist experience, ideally in a multi-location environment with a large employee base 10+ years. Management experience 7+ years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or organizational behavior or related field
Technical skills: Strong PC skills and MS Office skills. Expert knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and procedures. Expert knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies. Expert knowledge of wage and hour laws. Expert knowledge of staffing and employment practices. Expert knowledge of employee relation's procedures and applicable law. Knowledge of broadband services industry/subscription based business model
Skills: Strong business planning and forecasting skills. Business Acumen and negotiating skills. Expert project management skills. Communication skills including public speaking
Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Can communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner. Can analyze and interpret data to build a business case. Can prioritize and organize effectively. Can show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties. Can work independently.
